Bevi takes a balanced approach to workload and work-life balance. We believe in owning our work and striving to improve every day, while also recognizing the importance of stepping away and recharging. Our flexible PTO policy reflects that — we actively encourage employees to take the time they need. In terms of in-office expectations, we ask for a minimum of 2 days per week, but we know life doesn't always follow a schedule. Our managers understand that and are flexible when it comes to work arrangements.
