Partners with executive leadership to develop actionable insights, align cross-functional teams, manage sensitive projects, and deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Build BetterUp’s technology and channel partnership function from the ground up. Develop partner strategy, programs, executive relationships, joint business plans, co-sell motions, enablement, and operating cadences across HCM platforms, technology companies, consulting firms, and systems integrators. Align partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, while tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.
