As a Business Intelligence and Analytics Engineer, you will develop data tools, ensure data quality, deliver analytical insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower data-driven decision-making.

Design, implement, and maintain marketing inference models (e.g., MMM and attribution). Analyze large datasets and A/B/uplift experiments with rigorous statistics, build predictive and causal models, partner with marketing to generate testable ideas, and communicate insights to drive marketing decisions.

Lead systems improvements and rollouts for Insurance Operations with focus on credentialing and enrollment. Optimize credentialing/enrollment software (NCQA compliance), drive data reporting and insights (Looker/Mode/Verifiable), manage vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functionally, and use AI to improve efficiency and provider experience.
