Lead all accounting functions for Arvato North America, ensuring accurate month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, IFRS compliance, internal controls, payroll, and indirect tax. Partner with finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting, support audits, drive process improvements and system implementations, and lead and develop the accounting team while collaborating cross-functionally to support business initiatives.

Manage assigned client accounts for a global 3PL, driving relationship growth, profitability, P&L performance, implementation of change requests, team leadership, operational scheduling, and continuous process improvements while reporting performance and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Lead customer-facing global transformation and NPI programs from requirements through operational launch. Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, manage end-to-end implementation (planning, governance, testing, go-live), coordinate cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement using Lean, automation and digital tools, lead change management, track KPIs/risks/benefits, and maintain executive and customer relationships to expand capabilities.
