Supervises Legal Bill Analysts responsible for reviewing and entering high-volume legal invoices. Manages legal billing software, firm and user setup, workflow, vendor support, billing discrepancy resolution, reporting, quality audits, and continuous process improvement. Provides performance management, coordinates with Finance, Claims, IT, vendors, and HR, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
