Designs and executes end-to-end QA and UAT for a healthcare technology platform supporting Veteran Directed Care. Responsibilities include creating test plans, suites, cases, scripts, and coverage matrices; validating role-based workflows, eligibility, authorizations, budgets, timesheets, payroll, accessibility, and reporting; documenting and reproducing defects; supporting compliance traceability; and collaborating with product, design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
