Underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate investments from initial inquiry through closing. Lead financial and market analysis, coordinate due diligence, build and review Excel underwriting models (DCF/IRR/waterfall), present findings to Investment Committee, manage closings, and oversee onboarding with asset management. Supervise and develop direct reports.

The Senior Associate, CMBS Debt will manage CMBS investments, monitor credit performance, analyze reports, and develop investment recommendations. They will mentor juniors and enhance reporting tools while collaborating with servicers and preparing management updates.

Manage end-to-end closing of commercial real estate debt and equity investments. Own the closing process, maintain due diligence checklists, coordinate third-party diligence (insurance, construction, environmental, appraisal, title), oversee closing economics and cash management, prepare sources & uses and settlement statements, and support post-closing transitions with asset management and servicers.
