Coordinates deliverables with asset and portfolio management teams, supports dashboard automation, manages large datasets, and develops reporting processes across multiple clients and asset classes.

Lead a debt asset management team for structured commercial mortgage, mezzanine, and other debt products. Mentor and manage staff, liaise with borrowers, counsel and clients, interpret complex loan documents and covenants, improve processes and reporting, collaborate with legal on transactions, and oversee portfolio performance and underwriting analysis.

Underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate investments from initial inquiry through closing. Lead financial and market analysis, coordinate due diligence, build and review Excel underwriting models (DCF/IRR/waterfall), present findings to Investment Committee, manage closings, and oversee onboarding with asset management. Supervise and develop direct reports.
