Engineering Manager responsible for leading multiple Agile engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development. Implements Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls, performs vulnerability management and incident troubleshooting, conducts architecture and security reviews, documents systems, collaborates across engineering teams, mentors engineers, and evaluates technologies to improve reliability and delivery.

Lead long-term product vision and strategy for CMS-supported digital healthcare services. Translate executive and client goals into strategic roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, mentor product practitioners, and guide product management practices. Influence stakeholders without formal authority, support consulting and business development efforts, and identify growth opportunities. The role emphasizes horizon-three strategy, civic healthcare outcomes, user-centered design, agile delivery, compliance, procurement, and federal contracting rather than day-to-day delivery.
