Processes bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, audits payroll data, manages deductions and garnishments, reconciles contribution files, and resolves employee and manager inquiries. Supports 401(k) administration, benefits, year-end closing, compliance testing, audits, and Form 5500 filings. Maintains HRIS data integrity, prepares workforce reports, ensures payroll-law compliance, and supports ISO and workplace safety requirements.

Leads global supply chain strategy and execution from product concept through mass production. Responsibilities include sourcing and supplier selection, product costing, quotation analysis, manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, cost reduction, NPI support, supplier performance management, and executive reporting. The role partners with customers, engineering, product management, factories, and global suppliers, including ODM, JDM, OEM, and EMS partners. Requires on-site work two to three days weekly and occasional domestic and international travel.

Leads Belkin’s global product marketing strategy, product narratives, go-to-market frameworks, launch investments, and portfolio prioritization. Partners with Product, Brand, Growth, Operations, and regional teams to drive differentiated positioning, effective launches, measurable ROI, and consistent storytelling. Builds and leads a senior global product marketing organization while governing budgets, processes, KPIs, and OKRs.
