Manages restoration production operations, field personnel, logistics, equipment, vehicles, schedules, warehouses, subcontractors, safety plans, customer communication, and project execution. Oversees residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional restoration and light-rebuild projects, including emergency response, moisture mapping, permitting, quality control, staffing, billing-related time approvals, and performance management. Requires substantial superintendent or restoration/construction project management experience and availability for after-hours emergencies, nights, weekends, and periodic travel.

Transport, load/unload, inventory, and store customer contents between project sites and the warehouse. Maintain warehouse operations, record inventory in computerized systems, identify damage/loss, perform facilities maintenance, and follow safety protocols under supervisor direction.
