Provides senior administrative support to program leadership, coordinates daily operations, compliance, scheduling, documentation, training, and quality improvement. Supervises and mentors clerical staff, liaises with internal and external stakeholders, supports audits, billing-related tasks, client intake and census, and may assist with toxicology testing and client transportation.

Provide Tier 2 support and maintenance for a Microsoft-based environment (on-premises and O365 Hybrid). Install, configure, troubleshoot servers, workstations, network devices, backups, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Exchange, SCCM, and support SQL/EHR applications while documenting systems and assisting end users and helpdesk for ~350 users.

Provide nursing care under RN supervision in a subacute detox facility: assess patients, administer medications, monitor withdrawal and vital signs, document progress, assist admissions/discharges, run med audits, deliver group education, follow COVID-19 protocols, and maintain unit supplies and charts.
