Provide application support and administration for vendor applications—primarily EMR—in a hybrid cloud environment. Manage and improve revenue cycle processes in a behavioral health setting by researching denials, performing payer follow-up, conducting trend analysis and audits, supporting cash reconciliation, creating reports, and working across EHR systems to ensure compliant billing and collections.

Supervise behavioral health staff and oversee client care in substance abuse and mental health programs. Ensure compliance with county, state, and federal standards, support accreditation/certification, apply 12-step philosophy, observe clients and staff, and perform routine administrative and physical duties. May require bilingual ability and valid California driver license for client-related travel.

Provide comprehensive case management for clients with complex behavioral health needs: assess, develop individualized care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary services, advocate for resources, document progress, provide crisis intervention, educate families, and engage in ongoing professional development to support recovery and well-being.

Use Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher). Follow confidentiality, demonstrate professional and culturally sensitive communication, and perform light physical tasks. High school diploma and 1-2 years office experience required (2 years in some postings); valid California driver's license required if driving on business.
