Lead enterprise and solution architecture across cloud, infrastructure, applications, networking, security, and governance. Develop scalable and compliant designs, guide architecture reviews, manage application portfolio decisions, evaluate technology partners, and resolve complex technical challenges. Partner with business and technology leaders, apply Azure and modern AI tools, establish architecture standards, and mentor junior architects while ensuring alignment with security, risk, regulatory, and strategic objectives.

Leads software quality engineering across digital banking products by designing scalable automated tests, expanding frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD, analyzing defects, and closing testing gaps. Partners with engineering and product teams on quality strategy, reviews automation code, mentors SDETs and QA professionals, leads testing teams, supports bug triage, and establishes consistent testing standards across multiple product areas.

Manages base pay, incentive compensation, job evaluation, salary surveys, performance management, and compensation compliance. Advises business leaders on complex compensation matters, maintains competitive and equitable programs, coaches team members, and monitors market trends. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, four years of compensation experience, and one year of people management experience.
