The Sr Marketing Technologist will manage BECU's marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platform stability and enabling personalization and campaign execution through various integrations and data flows.

Lead development of end-to-end member lifecycle marketing: journey mapping, segmentation, marketing model strategy, channel expansion, data-driven performance analysis, forecasting/ROI, cross-functional leadership, budget stewardship, and executive reporting to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Design and develop scalable software solutions, lead engineering workstreams, ensure code quality, mentor junior developers, and collaborate on technical strategies to enhance digital experiences for BECU members.
