Owns testing for R&D hardware prototypes, including designing protocols, building fixtures, conducting mechanical, fluid, electrical, thermal, and reliability testing, and documenting compliant results. Performs failure analysis and root-cause investigations while collaborating with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams. The role supports medical device development and design transfer, requiring hands-on instrumentation, technical writing, and adherence to medical device design controls and safety standards.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR systems, employee inquiries, benefits and leave programs, compensation processes, communications, events, and special projects. Maintains accurate Workday data and supports a positive employee experience while handling confidential information and coordinating onsite activities.

Lead enterprise data architecture across Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI. Define data models, integration patterns, ingestion (batch and near real-time), governance, metadata, lineage, and BI semantic layers. Own roadmap, standards, documentation, design reviews, and mentor engineering and BI teams to ensure scalable, consistent, and trusted analytics across the organization.
