Manages domestic and international shipment documentation, tracks shipments from pickup through delivery, coordinates with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trade compliance teams, and resolves logistics exceptions. Analyzes carrier performance and on-time delivery KPIs, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports process improvements to reduce costs and transit delays. The role requires strong knowledge of shipping procedures, time-sensitive issue management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides first-line technical support for SkinHealth Systems devices through phone, email, and escalation queues. Diagnoses issues, coordinates field service dispatches and RMAs, tracks repairs, maintains accurate support records, audits documentation, analyzes recurring trends, and collaborates with repair, manufacturing, and education teams. The role also supports escalated cases and training for internal and external stakeholders.
