Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior attorney: manage professional and personal calendars, coordinate travel and events, handle confidential correspondence and emails, organize files and reports, perform errands and personal scheduling, and assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide firm-wide ethics and compliance guidance focused on California professional responsibility rules. Oversee client intake, conflicts, engagement/disengagement, trust account handling, and lien resolution. Review client communications, develop policies, train staff, identify and mitigate ethical and operational risks, and partner with attorneys, operations, and leadership to improve processes and ensure consistent, compliant firm governance.

Lead IT strategy and operations for a 600+ user law firm, overseeing Azure and Microsoft 365 architecture, Intune, Purview, networking, cybersecurity, compliance, service delivery, vendor management, and a small IT team while driving training, governance, and cost-effective technology modernization.
