Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and users to improve information architecture, terminology, interaction patterns, and content systems. Develop voice and tone guidelines, reusable content patterns, and scalable AI-assisted workflows while ensuring clarity, accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and trust in complex healthcare software experiences.

Own product marketing for Bask’s telehealth platform, including positioning, messaging, product launches, sales enablement, competitive analysis, customer success training, website copy, case studies, SEO, and demand-generation content. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer value for entrepreneurs and healthtech companies. Build the company’s first repeatable product marketing function and support both turnkey SaaS and platform/API narratives.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, revenue accounting, and financial reporting. Support SaaS revenue recognition, tax compliance, audits, and process automation. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to maintain financial data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and improve scalable accounting workflows.
