Leads enterprise reality capture capabilities supporting design and construction, including laser scanning, drones, photogrammetry, mobile mapping, scan-to-BIM, and digital twin initiatives. Oversees service delivery, staffing, scheduling, quality, technology strategy, budgets, subcontractors, and team development. Develops standardized workflows, service offerings, pricing models, and technology roadmaps while driving organizational adoption and future external revenue opportunities.

Designs instrumentation and controls systems for industrial, manufacturing, utilities, and multidisciplinary projects. Develops PLC, SCADA, and DCS designs; creates instrument specifications, calculations, logic diagrams, loop sheets, and instrumentation plans. Performs control system studies, troubleshooting, retrofit design, commissioning, construction support, and field technical assistance. Leads technical design activities, collaborates across disciplines, and mentors junior designers.

Designs instrumentation and control systems for industrial capital projects across manufacturing, food and beverage, life sciences, and advanced technology sectors. Responsibilities include PLC and SCADA solutions, instrumentation selection, system architecture, I/O requirements, P&IDs, data sheets, network documentation, estimating, failure analysis, job walks, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, system integrators, and clients. Supports projects from preliminary design through installation and startup.
