Drive P&L results, lead and develop teams, deliver measurable improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and support client business development and operational excellence.

Provide HR guidance and support to business-owner clients, covering strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, benefits and payroll, employee relations, organizational development, workers' compensation administration, training delivery, and development of HR best practices while partnering with internal teams and the Area Manager.
