Lead and manage complex product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort settlements from negotiation through claims administration and program closure. Negotiate and draft settlement documents, develop settlement structures and eligibility, oversee claims review teams, resolve liens and claimant disputes, perform claims data analysis, and ensure compliant settlement fund governance and reporting.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and disputes (D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI). Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft pleadings and memoranda, coordinate with insurers/brokers/defense counsel, and support all litigation phases including discovery and trial preparation.

Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.
