Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.

Provide administrative support for law firm case teams: manage and distribute case documents, maintain files in iManage/L-drive, handle correspondence, time entry proofreading, invoices, travel and visas, and coordinate workflow for short- and long-term projects while prioritizing tasks and assisting paralegals and attorneys.

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides secretarial support to attorneys, manages documentation and correspondence, assists with trial preparations, and interacts with clients while maintaining confidentiality.
