Works closely with project managers and field construction personnel while maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring materials comply with contract requirements.

Provides leadership and oversight for construction safety programs across project jobsites. Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, preparing safety plans and hazard analyses, delivering training, coordinating PPE and drug screening, conducting inspections, assisting with accident investigations, distributing safety documentation, tracking incident trends, and communicating with field crews, contractors, and clients. Requires domestic and international travel or relocation, physical jobsite work, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Tracks safety trends and loss information, communicates with field crews and clients, and participates in contractor meetings. The intern works in demanding field conditions and assists with continuous improvement of safety processes.

Supports heavy-civil construction projects through cost control, forecasting, pay estimates, change orders, RFIs, submittals, material deliveries, subcontractor and material contract management, and schedule updates. Works closely with project managers and field construction teams while maintaining detailed project records and verifying compliance with contract requirements. Requires an engineering, business, finance, accounting, management, construction management, or related degree, plus willingness to travel and relocate to domestic and international project sites.

Supports tunneling construction project delivery through cost control, forecasting, pay estimates, change orders, RFIs, submittals, material delivery management, subcontractor and material contract negotiation, and schedule updates. Works closely with field construction teams and maintains accurate project documentation. Requires underground construction or mining experience, frequent relocation or travel, strong organization, and ability to work on demanding construction sites.
