Serve as a technical implementation lead for Hancock Cloud: onboard clients, configure and validate software, support and diagnose issues, create documentation and training, run data imports and scripting, coordinate tasks, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Lead Comtronic’s new business and expansion sales for Debtmaster EVO and new portals. Own full sales cycle with outbound prospecting, demos, forecasting, and CRM discipline. Drive ARR growth, refine sales processes and tooling (including AI-assisted prospecting), gather customer feedback, and represent the company at industry events. Position is an individual contributor with a path to build a sales team.
