Acquire and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, lead client management and business development for $3M+ investable assets, deliver integrated private banking solutions, ensure client retention, coordinate across specialists, and comply with SAFE Act mortgage origination registration when applicable.

Provide client service support to Financial Advisors by serving as primary client contact, delivering timely and accurate client materials, promoting banking and investment offerings, ensuring compliance with policies, resolving client requests, and supporting day-to-day team activities and coverage needs.

Serve as a treasury product expert for middle-market technology clients, driving revenue and product penetration across a portfolio. Advise on global liquidity, payments, FX, and digital treasury solutions; lead client presentations, pricing/negotiation, RFP responses, and collaborate with relationship managers and internal partners. Coach analysts and support implementation to deliver profitable, compliant treasury solutions.
