Provides personalized banking and borrowing advice to financial center clients, builds and deepens relationships, identifies referrals, manages outreach pipelines, and recommends customized financial solutions. The role balances sales performance, operational risk, and client care while supporting associates with specialized guidance. Requires business-to-business sales or small business banking experience, strong communication, customer service, outbound phone sales, and a proven sales record.

Facilitates commercial credit underwriting and monitoring by analyzing financial statements, projections, industry data, collateral, covenant compliance, and policy requirements. Performs financial spreading, risk rating, covenant calculations, and periodic risk reviews. Partners with credit and client teams, manages workflow, identifies process issues, and escalates risks appropriately while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the bank’s risk appetite.

Provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, serving as a primary contact for client needs. Responsibilities include educating clients on banking offerings, preparing accurate materials, following up on requests, supporting policy compliance and risk management, strengthening client relationships, identifying referrals, and assisting with daily team operations. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, and client focus, with securities licensing and investment-industry knowledge preferred.
