Manage end-to-end international shipments: prepare export documentation, track shipments, ensure import/export compliance and labeling, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance and brokers, maintain HTS classifications, resolve transportation issues, and liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and project managers.

Own BAMKO’s AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure end to end, improving availability, scalability, resilience, automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency. Manage infrastructure as code, databases, production upgrades, backups, and the AWS Well-Architected improvement roadmap. Serve as the primary on-call resource for infrastructure incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
