Analyzes risk exposures and existing coverage, develops recommendations, identifies additional insurance opportunities, and maintains relationships with carrier partners. Requires strong knowledge of insurance markets and underwriting requirements, relevant industry experience, and required state licensing.

Supports employee benefits underwriting through client deliverables, dashboards, claims monitoring, contribution and renewal cost modeling, plan performance benchmarking, data manipulation, and medical utilization analysis. Collaborates with advisor, sales, actuarial, and account management teams to develop client recommendations across medical, dental, and vision coverage.

The Private Risk Advisor sells and renews insurance accounts, builds client relationships, communicates effectively, and achieves monthly business goals.
