Manages complex employee benefits client relationships, renewal strategies, compliance calendars, plan performance analysis, QBRs, communications, escalated service issues, billing disputes, and carrier coordination. Provides strategic benefits consulting, oversees cross-functional deliverables, resolves complex enrollment and coverage issues, mentors colleagues, and supports client retention and satisfaction.

Provides strategic workers’ compensation claims consulting and advocacy for clients, carriers, TPAs, and internal teams. Reviews complex and catastrophic claims, analyzes reserves and loss trends, recommends claim resolution and cost-control strategies, leads client stewardship meetings, prepares executive reports, supports retention and growth, and mentors junior consultants. Requires expertise in California and multi-state workers’ compensation programs, claims administration, litigation management, medical management, negotiation, and client communication.

Support senior wealth advisors while building client relationships, developing financial plans, monitoring portfolios, preparing reports, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating integrated wealth, retirement, and insurance solutions. The role also involves business development, client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and maintaining knowledge of investments, tax considerations, and planning strategies.
