The Baldwin Group Benefits Overview

Lead service teams for large commercial insurance accounts, coordinate carrier relationships, develop placement/renewal strategies, prepare risk maps, perform marketing for large accounts, complete special projects, mentor colleagues, and seek process improvements.

Configure and maintain benefits eligibility management systems, manage EDI/data exchange implementations, perform system audits, train clients/internal teams, resolve data discrepancies, document activity, and support employee benefits operations and carrier relationships.

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity clients, overseeing employee benefit programs, renewals, compliance, and strategic consulting. Lead multi-year renewal strategies, analyze benefit trends and claims data, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, resolve escalated enrollment and billing issues, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and mentor colleagues to improve processes and client retention.
