Manage administrative teams, budgets, accounting, human resources, facilities, vendors, security, office procedures, strategic planning, and events. Serve as a liaison between offices, firmwide departments, building management, attorneys, and staff while coordinating complex initiatives and ensuring efficient, professional office operations.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions and pipelines using Azure data platform and Microsoft Fabric. Support data modeling, master data management, medallion architecture, data quality, and integrations to produce trusted, scalable data for analytics and BI.

Support US patent prosecution from pre-filing through grant: prepare and file USPTO documents, monitor and clear dockets, process USPTO correspondence, prepare status reports, maintain electronic and paper files, coordinate with attorneys and clients, update client IP systems, and record billable time.
