Coordinates client and matter billing from intake through completion for a trademark practice. Responsibilities include client setup, billing arrangements, e-billing, proforma review, invoice monitoring, collections coordination, client reporting, discrepancy resolution, and communication with attorneys, staff, and clients. The role ensures compliance with outside counsel guidelines, manages deadlines, supports billing meetings, and resolves software and billing-process issues.

Oversee daily operations and financial activities for the Los Angeles and San Francisco law offices. Manage administrative teams, budgets, accounting, human resources, facilities, vendors, security, office procedures, strategic planning, and events. Serve as a liaison between offices, firmwide departments, building management, attorneys, and staff while coordinating complex initiatives and ensuring efficient, professional office operations.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions and pipelines using Azure data platform and Microsoft Fabric. Support data modeling, master data management, medallion architecture, data quality, and integrations to produce trusted, scalable data for analytics and BI.

Support US patent prosecution from pre-filing through grant: prepare and file USPTO documents, monitor and clear dockets, process USPTO correspondence, prepare status reports, maintain electronic and paper files, coordinate with attorneys and clients, update client IP systems, and record billable time.

Provide full lifecycle trademark and copyright prosecution support: prepare and file US and international trademark/copyright applications and responses, maintain IP docketing and document management, communicate with clients and foreign agents, conduct searches, prepare reports, capture billable time, and support TTAB proceedings and related filings.

The role involves overseeing lateral attorney hiring, implementing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with search firms, and ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates.
