Strong analytical, organizational, communication, discretion, and client-service skills are required.

Collaborates with attorneys, administrators, billing teams, management, and collection committees while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Lead attorney recruiting across California offices, including partner, lateral associate, and law school hiring. Manage candidate outreach, screening, interviews, offers, recruiting strategies, stakeholder advising, search-firm relationships, and recruiting events. Supervise a recruiting coordinator, support law student and associate development programs, collaborate on firmwide initiatives, and advise leadership on legal market trends and talent acquisition.
