They monitor work orders and ensure timely customer shipments while addressing quality issues and managing changes.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for assessing NCMRs, approving rework instructions, resolving quality issues, and performing root cause analysis. They create technical documents, coordinate improvements, and train Associate Quality Engineers within a cross-functional team.

Assist with requirements gathering and perform software development, testing, deployment, maintenance, reporting, data processing, and application support. Support ERP programming, system integrations (files, APIs, databases), server-side web development (PHP preferred), Microsoft 365 workflows, and use AI tools responsibly. Troubleshoot, test, document, and follow coding standards while communicating with IT leadership and users.
