Drive North American sales for Azul Prime through new customer acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients. Manage the full enterprise software sales cycle, build a 3X pipeline, forecast accurately, conduct technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept, negotiate contracts, and close business. Partner with sales engineers, marketing, and customer success while maintaining activity records in Salesforce. The role targets enterprise customers across online retail, e-commerce, ad-tech, gaming, financial services, and infrastructure technology.

Build and iterate custom AI agents, agentic workflows, and automations for marketing teams. Integrate LLMs with martech (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) via MCP connectors, Zapier, and APIs. Deliver weekly backlog items, run enablement sessions, document prompts/guardrails, evaluate AI tools, and optionally explore RAG or multi-modal AI projects.

The Senior Technical Account Manager drives adoption of Azul Prime in strategic customer accounts by providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize Java application performance.
