Manages the Discovery and Search fan-experience product lifecycle, supporting agile squad execution, sprint ceremonies, Jira backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and cross-functional delivery. The role develops functional specifications, tracks product KPIs, removes blockers, improves team processes, and applies test-and-learn methods to evolve product capabilities. Collaboration spans engineering, QA, design, analytics, client success, and executive stakeholders.

Leads product strategy and roadmap execution for ticket selection and checkout across web and mobile platforms. Oversees conversion optimization, personalization, performance, user engagement, research, KPIs, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Manages and mentors product managers while partnering with engineering, design, marketing, account management, and other teams to launch consumer-facing features and improve fan experiences.

The Senior Financial Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, P&L analysis, monthly close, variance reporting, and management reviews. The role analyzes financial trends and KPIs, provides recommendations to business leaders, supports long-term planning, collaborates with Accounting, and addresses transactional and budget questions. Responsibilities also include preparing financial presentations and ensuring compliance with invoice and expense approval policies.
