Lead product ownership for Core Services platform, owning backlog, writing engineer-ready epics and user stories, prioritizing technical debt and regulatory risk, partnering with engineering/architecture/QA, enforcing release governance, monitoring production health, driving cross-team alignment, and providing executive reporting on roadmap, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Support planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel paid and organic marketing campaigns. Assist audience strategy and A/B testing, manage campaign assets and workflows, analyze performance and maintain reporting dashboards, and handle marketing operations tasks including invoices, documentation, and compliance support.

Supports Accounting and Finance technology initiatives involving Jack Henry platforms, LoanIQ integrations, reporting, reconciliations, testing, production support, and process improvement. Gathers requirements, manages backlogs and change requests, coordinates Agile delivery and UAT, develops documentation and training materials, maintains governance artifacts, and facilitates stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and vendors. The role also supports audit readiness, system implementations, reporting, access requests, and Finance modernization using AI-enabled tools.
