Supports the product development lifecycle through market and competitor research, product documentation, roadmap tracking, cross-functional coordination, performance metric reporting, and creation of user guides and training materials. The intern participates in a 12-week program including a capstone project, leadership sessions, financial literacy training, and professional development activities.

Leads architecture, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise OutSystems applications across O11 and ODC. Builds full-stack web and mobile solutions, integrations, and custom C#/.NET extensions; establishes coding and security standards; mentors developers; manages deployments and performance; and collaborates on CI/CD, DevOps, Agile delivery, and compliance in a regulated banking environment.

Coordinates customer data conversions from legacy platforms to NexLedgr and related systems. Responsibilities include managing conversion timelines, analyzing and validating migration data, executing test conversions, documenting exceptions, gathering customer requirements, supporting implementation and training, and completing pre- and post-conversion quality checks.
