As a Senior Sales Engineer at Axon, you'll lead enterprise technical sales, build relationships with stakeholders, develop innovative use cases, and drive product feedback, all while ensuring customer success.

Sell Axon Air drone and counter-drone solutions to large law enforcement agencies in the West. Partner with Key Account Leader, manage complex procurements and partner relationships (e.g., Skydio), generate leads, execute account strategy, forecast and track activity in Salesforce, and travel frequently to drive deployments and long-term customer success.

Develop and certify NIBRS and state-compliant public safety software. Define reporting requirements, build state-specific forms, validate data, audit specifications, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advise internal and agency stakeholders. Provide NIBRS training, identify compliance challenges, influence cross-functional decisions, and mentor junior team members. The role requires deep NIBRS knowledge, law enforcement technology experience, technical systems understanding, and successful completion of a CJIS background check.

Lead technical pre-sales for Dedrone airspace security: master product, present to technical and executive stakeholders, run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, produce SOWs, coordinate partners, and remove sales obstacles while providing first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
