Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering calls, resolving questions, escalating issues, managing client reviews, and supporting case managers with timely communication and follow-up. Track feedback and communication trends, share insights with leadership, and provide empathetic bilingual service in English and Spanish within a fast-paced law firm.

Supervise outbound referrals from the intake department, evaluate potential personal injury cases, coordinate placements with external attorneys and firms, maintain referral relationships, track outcomes and performance metrics, improve workflows, establish procedures, and ensure compliance with legal ethics, advertising, and fee-sharing regulations.

Develop and execute traditional and AI-search SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, local presence, qualified leads, and signed cases. Responsibilities include technical, on-page, off-page, local, and content optimization; keyword and entity research; structured data implementation; backlink and competitor analysis; AI citation monitoring; performance reporting; and resolving crawlability, indexing, speed, and Core Web Vitals issues. Collaborate with writers, attorneys, developers, and marketing leaders while staying current on search trends and legal advertising requirements.
