As a Lien Negotiator Analyst, you will negotiate with lien holders to resolve medical liens, communicate with clients, and manage billing documentation.

Manage and optimize VoIP, CCaaS, and contact center platforms. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality voice operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

Support personal injury team by opening and managing auto insurance claims, verifying coverage, coordinating property-damage inspections/repairs, communicating with insurers and adjusters, documenting activity in the case management system, and providing administrative file support throughout a case.

Support Lien Analysts in resolving medical liens for personal injury cases by verifying balances, contacting providers, organizing documents, maintaining client records, tracking outstanding requests, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient settlement processing.

Lead and execute CRO across the full digital lead journey—landing pages, forms, chat, and calls. Build prioritized testing roadmaps, run A/B and UX experiments, analyze behavior with analytics and call tracking tools, identify friction, collaborate with developers and marketers, and report on conversion, lead quality, and cost-per-signed-case improvements.

Serve as the front-line Intake receptionist for a personal injury law firm: answer and direct calls, manage deliveries, maintain office inventory and cleanliness, perform routine administrative tasks (printing, scanning, mailing), upload and file documents, and coordinate office maintenance while communicating with management.
