Manage a portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS home service accounts to drive retention, expansion, and renewals. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, monitor account health, and partner cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, adoption, and product feedback.

Own full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise home services customers. Run discovery, deliver tailored demos, manage pipeline and forecasts, partner with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
