Track activity and KPIs, attend industry events, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and refine outreach strategies and playbooks based on market feedback.

Own post-sales onboarding and end-to-end implementations for B2B clients: gather requirements, produce technical specs, configure prompts and integrations, manage projects, lead testing and go-live, train clients, and build repeatable playbooks while partnering with CS, Product, and Engineering.

Manage a Santa Barbara SDR pod: coach reps, run 1:1s and call reviews, own ramp and certification, drive SQO volume and quality, build outbound sequences, report pipeline metrics, and partner with AEs and other SDR managers to align process and tooling.
