Lead strategic marketing for RECELL Spray-On Skin™, developing annual brand plans, sales enablement, demand generation, field support, and market insights. Drive cross-functional initiatives, KPI tracking, agency management, and training to accelerate inpatient account penetration and support future outpatient growth.

Serve as central contact for customers, hospitals, sales, and internal teams. Manage domestic and international orders, customer service, RMAs, consignment inventory, and contract/Salesforce administration. Support field teams, coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain records, generate reports, and assist with new product rollouts.

Plan and drive production builds and work orders to meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. Monitor WIP, maintain planning parameters (lead time, yield, safety stock), support S&OP, report production status, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Finance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production.
