Avidity typically describes the strength of the bonds between certain molecules and is somewhat of a chemistry term. Oddly enough, it’s chemistry that can often be the difference between success and failure within a team. At the Avidity project we understand that.

We strive to be the bonding element that drives the enthusiasm and eagerness that results when the perfect match between talent and opportunity is realized. The basic structure of this bond is formed by minimum needs and requirements however; simply fulfilling these needs isn’t what the Avidity Project is about. We understand that the strongest bonds are formed after the basic needs are met, matching culture, goals, and that “it” factor that make the critical human element.
