Oversees operations across multiple multifamily properties, including resident satisfaction, leasing, collections, budgeting, P&L management, reporting, marketing, vendor contracts, maintenance, risk management, and emergency planning. Leads property teams through recruiting, coaching, and performance management while maintaining client and owner satisfaction. Requires regular property inspections, resolution of escalated resident issues, compliance with management agreements, and travel, including overnight stays.
