Founding HOA Portfolio Manager to build and operate an HOA management function: audit portfolio, create centralized tracking systems and processes, liaise with HOA boards and management companies, ensure compliance with governing documents and local legislation, resolve violations and disputes, develop playbooks and training, support acquisitions/onboarding, report to leadership, and scale/hire as volume requires. Role requires ~50% travel.

Serve as an HR business partner and people operations lead: advise managers on employee relations and performance, run benefits administration and open enrollment, ensure multi-state compliance and workplace safety, own lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding/leaves), improve workflows, and apply AI tools to automate documentation and reporting.

As an AI Engineer, you will build LLM systems, maintain AI solutions, collaborate across teams, and refine infrastructure integration while ensuring system uptime and accuracy.
