Manages sales activities across an assigned Los Angeles territory, from prospecting and lead generation through closing and account growth. Builds relationships with academic and medical research customers, identifies needs, recommends tailored scientific products and services, manages pipelines, develops territory plans, and collaborates with sales leadership, manufacturer representatives, specialists, and internal teams. The role requires frequent customer-site visits, consultative selling, business development, and ongoing account management.

Leads medium-scale process improvement and bioprocess manufacturing engineering projects in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include developing, validating, commissioning, and optimizing processes, equipment, tooling, utilities, and maintenance programs. The role manages engineering deliverables, budgets, schedules, reliability initiatives, root-cause failure elimination, process documentation, equipment specifications, and compliance with cGMP and ISO requirements. It collaborates with customers, vendors, production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams while supporting capital planning and multiple concurrent projects.

Leads manufacturing process improvement, scale-up, equipment upgrades, and production issue resolution. Collaborates with R&D, quality, maintenance, and operations to implement safer, more efficient, reliable, and repeatable processes. Uses DMAIC, Lean, SPC, and data analysis to identify opportunities, design corrective actions, manage projects, and sustain improvements. Trains personnel, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports new product transitions, and addresses quality, safety, capacity, throughput, and cost challenges.
