Field-based sales rep managing an assigned territory of education and medical research accounts. Drives consultative B2B sales, account growth, retention, pipeline management, and strategic territory planning. Engages customers face-to-face and digitally, collaborates with manufacturer reps and internal teams, mentors junior reps, and uses CRM/Microsoft tools to analyze data and report performance.

Manage and execute smaller engineering projects or project phases: plan schedules, analyze technical issues, track budgets, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, prepare documentation, perform load and energy calculations, and produce 2D/3D CAD and P&ID drawings using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.

Translate business requirements into ERP configurations, troubleshoot and resolve cross-system data issues, manage migrations/updates, collaborate with IT and vendors, and deliver training and documentation to ensure data integrity and operational alignment.

Provide hands-on HR support and independently manage HR program components (performance, compensation, talent reviews). Advise managers on employee relations, coach on performance and communication, analyze workforce data for trends and risks, support compensation processes, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate Workday data and change communications for assigned populations.
