Teams at Autism Spectrum Therapies

Manages 2–4 Master’s-level Supervisors and oversees 15–25 Behavior Technicians. Provides clinical oversight and field supervision, mentors behavior analysts, monitors client progress, supports families and funding sources, reviews authorized service hours, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, develops fade-out plans, and ensures timely, high-quality reporting for children with autism.

Provides evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring behavior technicians, conducting parent training, writing reports, reviewing clinical programs with funding sources, analyzing behavioral data, guiding teaching procedures, consulting with clients and families, and ensuring individualized, assent-based treatment and client safety.

Provides individualized ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Oversees clients and behavior technicians, conducts assessments and data analysis, develops and maintains treatment programs, trains caregivers, writes clinical reports, communicates with funding sources, and ensures safe, person-centered, assent-based care. The role also includes mentoring staff, guiding teaching procedures, attending regional training meetings, and making ongoing clinical decisions based on behavioral data.
