Support development, integration, test, and security verification of Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE). Develop test strategies, execute integration and validation, assess cryptographic and information assurance impacts, review ICDs/TRDs, monitor developmental/operational test execution, identify risks, and collaborate with government, FFRDCs, and industry to deliver mission-ready GPS capabilities.

Serve as certification authority SME for the MSO program: review certification plans, software (DO-178) and AEH (DO-254) processes, approve MSO functional data, develop standards and correspondence, advise government and industry, support reviews and on-site assessments, maintain certification records, and identify/mitigate certification risks.

Manage COMSEC lifecycle, logistics, account management, policy development, and audits to ensure secure handling, storage, distribution, and compliance of cryptographic equipment and keying material.
