Meet or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets while providing consultative customer support. Become knowledgeable about Aura’s product suite, stay current on cybersecurity trends, collaborate with teammates to improve sales approaches, and serve as a trusted advisor in a remote inside-sales environment.

Own partner revenue operations through data transformation, billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting. Maintain and QA Python and SQL billing logic, troubleshoot production discrepancies, and develop invoicing flows for new contract structures and partner types. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, support integrations, and ensure accurate partner billing and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Build and maintain full-stack monetization features across web and mobile, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscriptions, reactivation, and marketing integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and optimize revenue. Instrument features, monitor production systems, use AI-assisted development tools, and apply strong testing and software engineering practices.
