Leads assistant editing workflows from media ingest through final delivery and archive. Manages project organization, transcoding, proxies, syncing, multicam workflows, dailies, Adobe Premiere Pro projects, final conforms, exports, quality control, and delivery. Troubleshoots technical issues, documents post-production standards, improves workflows, and trains editors and assistant editors across multiple concurrent projects.

The Creative Director will lead creative ideation and execution for social media productions, manage a team, and exceed client expectations with original work.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for creative-agency roles (staff and freelance). Source candidates, evaluate portfolios, manage Greenhouse ATS, design equitable interview processes, track recruiting KPIs, partner with hiring managers, improve sourcing/interviewing/ onboarding, and champion inclusive candidate experience.
