Manages project organization, transcoding, proxies, syncing, multicam workflows, dailies, Adobe Premiere Pro projects, final conforms, exports, quality control, and delivery. Troubleshoots technical issues, documents post-production standards, improves workflows, and trains editors and assistant editors across multiple concurrent projects.

The Creative Director will lead creative ideation and execution for social media productions, manage a team, and exceed client expectations with original work.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for creative-agency roles (staff and freelance). Source candidates, evaluate portfolios, manage Greenhouse ATS, design equitable interview processes, track recruiting KPIs, partner with hiring managers, improve sourcing/interviewing/ onboarding, and champion inclusive candidate experience.
