Draft, review, and negotiate research-related agreements (grants, clinical trials, subawards, data use, MTAs, NDAs). Ensure compliance with institutional policies and federal/state regulations, identify and mitigate legal, financial, compliance, and IP risks, collaborate with faculty and administrators, and maintain systems of record and service-level expectations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement features, perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects, write tests, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Improve and document systems, recommend technology enhancements, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Boomi platform. Work with stakeholders and vendors to connect enterprise applications, build batch/API/event-driven integrations, troubleshoot failures and performance issues, ensure security and data quality, and deliver solutions through the full lifecycle from requirements to production.
